Sifton: Autumn Sprite
Sifton is a slender, graceful nature sprite. Her hair is fashioned from fine slivers
of supple, shaded bark, and her leafy wings reflect the rainbow crossing from fairyland.
A short leaf-motif tunic lends substance to the fragile fabric of her form.
Poised to release the new season, Sifton pauses between the sun and the rain. It
is the moment before autumn will tumble playfully into full red, orange, ochre,
bronze, gold and brown.
As the changing season paints this shy creature, it may be the only brief exchange
she has with mortals.
