“I was shown a photograph of a dear little toddler dressed in a fairy dress. I knew she would make the sweetest rose-petal fairy. The curling petals from a perfect two tone rose would be the theme.

The only contrasts were the brown eyes and hair in the upper third of the picture. The green stalks of the flowers balanced the composition.”

Kinlyn - Rose-petal Faerie

Kinlyn is a dark-eyed Rose-petal faerie. She spends most of her day tumbling from bloom to bloom in joyful abandonment. When sudden sleep overtakes her antics she curls up for the briefest interval. Soon, with dampened curls and sleep-rosy cheeks, she topples anew with urgent toddler energy.

Not yet the responsibilities she will assume in adulthood. Now is the time to embrace the carefree, sun-filled hours and velvet nights.
